Work on the new lift has now finished. Theatre goers with mobility problems at our pantomimes before and after Christmas were some of the first people to benefit from this new facility at the theatre. If you are a wheelchair user and would like to come and see one of our shows let the Sheerness Times Guardian office know when you book your ticket and they will ensure that a space is allocated for you.

Sheppey Little Theatre has been run entirely by volunteers since 1975. The building is a lot older as it was opened as a church hall in 1891. It was purchased in 1969 for £1000 and after a lot of hard work and help from many local businesses Sheppey Little Theatre was opened by the then Minister for the Arts, Hugh Jenkins, MP on Saturday 25 October 1975.
We rely on people supporting us by coming to see shows and those who are generous enough to make donations. Sheppey Little Theatre is run by the community for the community.
